Blueberry Cinnamon Smoothie

Blueberries, walnuts & flax seeds are all helpful in fighting inflammation and the cinnamon gives it a Fall feeling.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup alt-milk

  • 1/4 c raw walnuts

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries (organic if possible)

  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground flax seeds

  • 1 tablespoon molasses

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • handful of ice cubes (optional)

Directions: Whip it all up in your blender.

Ways to infuse: This week, I'm trying out Lazarus Natural's Full Spectrum, High Potency CBD oil tincture. The taste is mild and pretty well hidden by the flavors in this smoothie.
