It's the holiday season, don't be dried up and thirsty!  Hair and skin health is dependent on a ton of factors but one of the utmost importance is water consumption.  Here is a rough guide for how to get your daily gallon in!  Take your time and work up to your gallon. 16 cups = 1 gallon.   1. Drink two glasses (16 oz) of water when you wake up to help flush your system first thing in the mo’nin. Keep a water cup next to your bed as a reminder.

  2. Drink another glass (8oz) before breakfast.

  3. Try another three glasses of water (24 oz) before lunch. If you worked out with us in one of our morning classes (TRAPbarre, HYPHYhiit, TRAPcycle, MOVINweight), try to see if you can make that four glasses (32 oz).

  4. Drink two glasses of water with your lunch.

  5. Between lunch and dinner, get in another three glasses. If you worked out with us in the evening (VIBINflow, TRAPbarre, TRAPzumba) you can try for four glasses.

  6. Drink two more glasses of water with dinner.
