Wide Grip Push-ups

Wide grip push-ups are a simple yet effective way to build your upper-body and core strength. By positioning your hands further apart, wide grip push-ups target your chest and shoulder muscles more than narrow or close grip push-ups, which target your tricep muscles. To start, place your hands wider than your shoulders and rotate your fingers inwards. With your feet hip width and parallel and your tailbone tucked, lower down and up with control while keeping your shoulders, hips, and ankles in one straight line.
