Tropical Walnut or Almond Smoothie

Tropical Walnut or Almond smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of frozen mango chunks

  • ½ Cup of frozen pineapple

  • ½ cups of walnuts or almonds

  • 2-3 leaves of Kale

  • Your choice of plant milk

  • 1-2 Cups of filtered water.

  • Optional: walnuts and/or almonds are optional if you have a nut allergy.

Instructions: Add your water and plant milk. Then blend the frozen fruits first to avoid leftover chunks, then blend your kale and nuts. Enjoy your creamy non-dairy smoothie!

Fun Fact:

One of the best ways to ease your transition to a vegan diet is to develop your cooking chops. It takes only an hour or two to acquire basic cooking skills that benefit you for the rest of your life.
