Tropical Walnut or Almond Smoothie

Tropical Walnut or Almond smoothie
Ingredients
1 Cup of frozen mango chunks
½ Cup of frozen pineapple
½ cups of walnuts or almonds
2-3 leaves of Kale
Your choice of plant milk
1-2 Cups of filtered water.
Optional: walnuts and/or almonds are optional if you have a nut allergy.
Instructions: Add your water and plant milk. Then blend the frozen fruits first to avoid leftover chunks, then blend your kale and nuts. Enjoy your creamy non-dairy smoothie!

One of the best ways to ease your transition to a vegan diet is to develop your cooking chops. It takes only an hour or two to acquire basic cooking skills that benefit you for the rest of your life.
