Stay Green Smoothie
Ingredients
2 oranges, peeled
1 cup of water
2 leaves of kale, torn into small pieces
1 or 2 ripe bananas, peeled
Instructions
Drop your ingredients into the blender and whip it up. Tip: It may be a bit easier on your blender if you blend in batches: Oranges & wanter first, kale & then the banana. Add more liquid if necessary.
Infusion opportunities:
If you don’t mind the herbaceous flavor of the magical plant, just decarb a bit of bud & toss some into the blender. I actually just rolled one up & had a little wake n’ bake sesh as I enjoyed my smoothie.
