Mangonada Smoothie

Living in LA has introduced me to many new dishes and the Mangonada is one of my favorite treats. I can find them being sold out of a food truck near the beach or at my favorite bubble tea spot, they seem to be everywhere. And, since some people have said that mango enhances their THC experience, this seemed like a fun way to ride out the end of mango season (May-Sept in CA).

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1-1/2c frozen mango

  • 1c water

  • 1 lime (juiced)

  • Tajin & Chamoy for garnish

  • Suggested: Homemade CBD or THC Golden dragon tincture (dosed to your tolerance). You could also use some infused coconut milk to make the smoothie a little creamier.

Put all of the ingredients into the blender & whip it up. Add more water if necessary. Before pouring, use the lime to wet the rim of the glass and dip it into some Tajin. Add the desired amount of Chamoy to the bottom of your glass, pour the smoothie & enjoy!
