Granola Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1c milk of your choice (I used oat)

  • 2-3 dates

  • I tbsp sunflower butter or alternative nut butter

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/4 c rolled oats

Optional: add some blueberries or strawberries to mix it up. Infusion opportunity: infused MCT oil. The MCT oil I use is coconut-derived making it a great carrier for THC. You can read more about MCT oil here. I like to add a teaspoon to my coffee, tea, or smoothie for a little extra boost. This week, I infused 1/2 c MCT oil with a gram of Almora Farms Blue Banana Hybrid.
