CannaNog Smoothie
Egg nog is a holiday treat for many a rum-lover but this week’s smoothie is booze-free. We are keeping the kick by adding some cannabis so, don’t worry, it’s still gunna get the holiday poppin’.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen peeled banana
2 tsp natural almond butter
1 pitted Medjool date
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg dash of ground cloves
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
5-6 ice cubes
Infusion Opportunities:
I “infused” my peanut butter by mixing in 1g of AVB (Already Vaped Bud) but you could also decarb a gram (or amount of your choosing - always be mindful of your dose!) of any the cannabis flower you have on hand.
A tincture is as always an easy and approachable way to add cannabis to your smoothie. Tincts (as we like to say) bought at the dispensary are also a more reliable way to measure dosing. Instructions:
Blend until you reach desired consistency.
