CannaNog Smoothie



Egg nog is a holiday treat for many a rum-lover but this week’s smoothie is booze-free. We are keeping the kick by adding some cannabis so, don’t worry, it’s still gunna get the holiday poppin’.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 frozen peeled banana

  • 2 tsp natural almond butter

  • 1 pitted Medjool date

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg dash of ground cloves

  • 1/4 tsp almond extract

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 5-6 ice cubes

Infusion Opportunities:

I “infused” my peanut butter by mixing in 1g of AVB (Already Vaped Bud) but you could also decarb a gram (or amount of your choosing - always be mindful of your dose!) of any the cannabis flower you have on hand.

A tincture is as always an easy and approachable way to add cannabis to your smoothie. Tincts (as we like to say) bought at the dispensary are also a more reliable way to measure dosing. Yummy Karm YK drops are a nice option (Their Campfire s’mores could be a dope addition to this smoothie!) and are available at Posh Green Cannabis Boutique in TVF’s backyard.

Instructions:

Blend until you reach desired consistency.
