Avo Glow Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with antioxidants and healthy fats and it promotes glowing skin.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmilk

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1tsp almond butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend plant-based milk and spinach leaves, avocado, banana, blueberries, flaxseed, and almonds or almond butter in a blender until smooth. If you'd like a thicker smoothie, add a small handful of ice.

Infusion Opportunity: Add in some infused MCT oil* - the taste of MCT oil is much milder (to me) than coconut oil and, depending on your infusion method may not have any cannabis taste either.
