Seated Twist Stretch
Great for your lower back! Begin seated with your right leg extended out to straight and your left foot crossed over to the right side of your right thigh. Sit up tall as you extend your right arm up over your head and then twist to hook your upper right arm across your left though. Gaze passed your left shoulder while drawing your left knee into your chest. Option to keep the right arm reaching across the body or use one or both arms to hug your knee into your chest.
