Toe Tappin



Ready for a strong core? Buss out the Toe Tap to get your lower abs right. Begin on your back with your legs in a table top position. Your knees should be aligned right over your hips and your shins should be parallel with your mat. As you lower one leg down towards the ground, keep your leg in a right angle without allowing your knees you go over your stomach. Once your toe taps the ground, press through your lower back to lift your leg back to its starting position while simultaneously lowering the opposite leg down. Be sure to keep your lower back connected to your mat at all times, even if that means that your toes can't quite touch the ground.
