Seated Spinal Twist
Begin in a seated position, legs crossed. Imagine a string at the top of your crown pulling you up to lengthen through your spine. Reach your arms up and exhale to twist to your right side. Your left palm rests on your right knee cap as your right hand is behind you. Find stillness in this spinal twist, great for digestion and tension release. Don't forget to even it out and switch sides when you're ready.
