Ain't it amazing what a combo ab set can do for our mind-body connection?

Not only do we have the physical challenge but the mental challenge of bringing in the correct form, the rhythm, the breath, and the proper muscle engagement. Let's begin by listening to our bodies and reminding ourselves to take a break when and if, we need it. It's essential to perform these check-ins throughout the workout because with each rep, we not only increase our muscle memory, but we also increase fatigue. For many of us, this means that each subsequent rep is more difficult than the previous one because you're tired and more likely to lose proper form.
