Cat-Cow,
Begin in an All Fours position with your hands underneath your shoulders and your knees underneath your hips. From a neutral spine and on an inhale, drop your belly like a cow and gaze up towards the sky while arching your back. As you exhale, round your spine like a cat, tuck your chin, and press the ground away through all ten fingers. Repeat this at your own pace using your breath as your rhythm.
