Side Body & Tricep Combo Stretch
Begin with your feet hip-width and parallel. Allow a soft bend in your knees and your arms resting at your side. On your inhale, reach your arms up overhead and interlace your fingers with your palms facing upwards. On your exhale, keep your hips still as you slowly stretch your upper body to the right or left. On your next inhale, come back up through center and drop your shoulders down your back. On your next exhale, bend one of your arms in half and use the opposite hand to gently press down on your elbow to stretch your tricep. Repeat this in the opposite direction.
