Thigh Dancing

Thigh Dancing is a challenging yet simple exercise designed to tone your quads and firm your inner thighs.

  • Start with your knees hip width and parallel on the ground with an optional cushion under your knees for comfort.

  • With your hips over your knees and a straight spine, lean back until your quadriceps and core muscles engage.

  • Because of the intensity of holding form while engaging a tuck and pushing past the burn, thigh dancing is often the finale in the thigh series of our TRAPbarre class.
