Thigh Dancing is a challenging yet simple exercise designed to tone your quads and firm your inner thighs.
Start with your knees hip width and parallel on the ground with an optional cushion under your knees for comfort.
With your hips over your knees and a straight spine, lean back until your quadriceps and core muscles engage.
Because of the intensity of holding form while engaging a tuck and pushing past the burn, thigh dancing is often the finale in the thigh series of our TRAPbarre class.
