Tropical Walnut Smoothie



Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of frozen mango chunks

  • ½ Cup of frozen pineapple

  • ½ cups of walnuts or almonds

  • 2-3 leaves of Kale

  • Your choice of plant milk

  • 1-2 Cups of filtered water.

  • Optional: walnuts and/or almonds are optional if you have a nut allergy.

Instructions: Add your water and plant milk. Then blend the frozen fruits first to avoid leftover chunks, then add in the kale and nuts.

Infusion Opportunity: a little bit of infused coconut oil will add a little extra yum to this tropical treat.
