Tropical Glow Smoothie Bowl



Serves 4 - adapted from Hemp & Fork

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup water or coconut water if you prefer a sweeter smoothie

  • 1 Clementine (peeled)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks depending on the season and availability

  • ⅓ cup avocado

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • ½ inch piece of peeled ginger, or to taste

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ tsp matcha green tea powder

  • 34 ice cubes

  • Optional - feel free to add any additional fruit or substitute any of the above fruits based on taste

    Toppings

  • Your favorite granola

  • Diced fresh mango/frozen mango if out of season

  • Hemp&fork Hemp Hearts

  • Chopped bananas, raspberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries/frozen berries can be used if out of season

  • Additional chopped clementine segments

  • Chia Seeds

Instructions:

Add the water into a high-speed blender followed by the remainder of the smoothie bowl ingredients. Blend on high until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and add your desired toppings. Serve and enjoy!
