Tropical Glow Smoothie Bowl
Serves 4 - adapted from Hemp & Fork
Ingredients:
¾ cup water or coconut water if you prefer a sweeter smoothie
1 Clementine (peeled)
1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks depending on the season and availability
⅓ cup avocado
1 cup baby spinach
½ inch piece of peeled ginger, or to taste
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp matcha green tea powder
34 ice cubes
Optional - feel free to add any additional fruit or substitute any of the above fruits based on taste
Toppings
Your favorite granola
Diced fresh mango/frozen mango if out of season
Chopped bananas, raspberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries/frozen berries can be used if out of season
Additional chopped clementine segments
Chia Seeds
Instructions:
Add the water into a high-speed blender followed by the remainder of the smoothie bowl ingredients. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and add your desired toppings. Serve and enjoy!
