Matcha Banana Smoothie
So, I’ll be honest and let you know that this smoothie was born out of a “why not” kitchen moment. I had half of an iced matcha latte, a couple of bananas that were very close to becoming banana bread, ice cubes, and the desire to use a little bit of the canna sugar that I recently made.
If, for some reason you also have a matcha latte to use for this recipe, go for it. Otherwise, snag some matcha powder from the grocery store or tea shop & follows the recipe below.
Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen makes it a bit creamier)
1-2 tsp matcha powder
1/2 c Alt milk of your choice (you can also use water)
A few ice cubes
Honey or alternative sweetener is optional
Infusion Opportunity: Infused sweetener! I used about a 1/2 tsp of my homemade canna sugar. You could use an infused honey or your fave tincture.
