Turmeric Papaya Smoothie

  • 1/2 medium papaya (peeled, seeded, and chopped),

  • 1 banana,

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk,

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tbsp lime juice,

  • 2 tbsp honey,

  • 1 cup of ice

Instructions: Whip it up in the blender

Add a little black pepper, research supports that combining the piperine in black pepper with the curcumin in turmeric enhances curcumin absorption by up to 2,000%
