Relaxing Summer Smoothie
Take a break with a classic orange-pineapple-banana-mango smoothie. I’m sure you’ve tried this combo before but have you ever added anything green? I’m talking about tincture but, you could also drop some spinach in the blender and literally turn it green (while turning up the vitamins too).
1 c. water
1 med orange
1 med banana
1/2 c. pineapple*
1/2 c. mango*
3/4 c. spinach (optional)
Care by Design’s Relax tincture - chose the dose that works best for you.
*I used frozen
Directions, drop everything in the blender and whip it up to the desired consistency.
This is a great weekend morning smoothie, and the inclusion of the Relax tincture helps set the mood for a very chill afternoon.
