Power Boost Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Oat milk or your choice of plant based milk

  • ¾ cup of fresh spinach

  • 1 large banana, sliced

Instructions:

Blend plant-based milk and spinach leaves in a blender until smooth. Add banana, then thoroughly blend.

Leafy green vegetables are full of antioxidants and carotenoids, which boost your brainpower. They are also packed with B-vitamins, which are proven to help with memory, focus, and overall brain health and function.
