Power Boost Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Cup Oat milk or your choice of plant based milk
¾ cup of fresh spinach
1 large banana, sliced
Instructions:
Blend plant-based milk and spinach leaves in a blender until smooth. Add banana, then thoroughly blend.
