Mandarin Cream
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups milk, dairy or dairy-free
1 cup yogurt, dairy or dairy-free
4 mandarin oranges, peeled
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Whip it up in the blender (makes 4 servings)
