Green Rising Smoothie
Ingredients
2 Fuji apples
1 Granny Smith apple
2 cups of spinach
Half an avocado
1 frozen banana
1-8 inch of ginger
⅓ cup of water
Half a cup of almond milk (any plant-based milk you like)
Instruction:
Add your plant-based milk of choice. Then spinach, avocado, and apples blend until texture is to your liking. Then add chia seeds for a topper. (optional)
*if you have a low powered blender you can still make this recipe, I’d recommend blending your spinach first (after you add the plant milk and water) and cutting your apples much smaller
Fun Fact: Chia seeds come from the Salvia Hispanica plant, a member of the mint family.
