Ginger, Turmeric, & Greens

Ingredients:

  • 1 packed cup baby spinach (or kale)

  • 1 small orange, peeled

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped (you can sub 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric)

  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions:

Whip it up in the juicer or blender - if you use a blender run this juice through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the pulp.
