Berry Biiiiiiiish

This dark purple Blackberry and Blueberry Smoothie is chock-full of nutrients. Both berries offer extraordinary amounts of antioxidants, such as Vitamin A and C.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Blueberries

  • 1/4 c. Blackberries

  • 1 c milk of your choice

  • 1 tbs Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions: Whip it up in the blender until you are happy with the consistency

You can pre-soak your chia seeds overnight if you’d like but, it’s not necessary. Also, adding them (unsoaked) in the beginning will allow them to soften up a bit & your blender to break them too. If you have a lower-powered blender you might want to add them at the end and let the smoothie sit for a bit before drinking.
