Avo Glow Smoothie
This smoothie is packed with antioxidants and healthy fats and it promotes glowing skin.

Avocados are in the same family as cinnamon.
Avocados’ creamy consistency makes them one of the first fresh foods a baby can eat.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Almondmilk (or any plant milk)
1 cup fresh spinach
1 ripe banana
1/2 ripe avocado
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 Handful of Almonds or Almond Butter (1 teaspoon)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal. Why flaxseed you ask? Flaxseeds add beneficial fiber and omega-3 fatty acids to smoothies. They also act as a thickening agent in smoothies.
Blend plant-based milk and spinach leaves, avocado, banana, blueberries, flaxseed, and almonds or almond butter in a blender until smooth. If you'd like a thicker smoothie, add a small handful of ice. Enjoy immediately.
