Apple Cinnamon Smoothie



Ingredients:

  • 1c milk of your choice

  • 1/2 tbsp oats

  • 1 apple cored and diced

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (plus a little extra to sprinkle on top)

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup (add more or less to taste)

  • Be extra! Add a touch of vanilla / or a scoop of ice cream :)

Directions: Soften Oats by soaking in milk for 20-30 mins. (optional) Add ingredients to the blender & whip it up. Add additional cinnamon or maple syrup to taste.

Infusion suggestions: You can make your own canna-milk by adding decarbed cannabis to your milk & simmer (be careful not to scorch it) for about 20-30 mins. Tinctures are also always an easy option and I’d like to get my hands on Luchador’s Horchata tincture to try in this recipe.

! Remember, when adding cannabis in any form to your smoothies, slow and low is the way to do it until you have a good grasp of your tolerance!
