Tricep Presses
This one is all about endurance. Lie down on your back with your legs in a table top position. Be sure to keep your knees over your hips and your lower back pressing flat into the ground beneath you. Extend your arms out long as you lift your shoulder blades off of the ground. With your chin off of your chest, begin pumping your arms in a downward motion. Try 3 sets of these for 1 minute each. For more of a challenge, extend the legs straight at 45 degrees.
