Triangle Pose
To begin your triangle pose, separate your feet so that they are wider than your hips. Angle your right foot to the right at a 90 degree angle and angle your left foot to the right at a 45 degree angle. Next, extend your arms out to the side with both of your wrists aligned with your shoulders. Rotate your right palm down and your left palm up. While gazing up towards your left hand, hinge to the right and allow your right hand to slide down your leg as your left arm extends up in the air. You want to maintain a straight line between both arms. Allow your right hand to rest on your lower leg or on the ground. A yoga block is a great option for your triangle pose. Be sure to repeat this move on your opposite side as well.
