Romancin’ Thigh Dancin’
Our favorite thigh series finisher is the Romancin’ Thigh Dancin’. We're not in this move for very long but we feel the burn right away. To begin, sit on your knees and be sure your knees are supported with a mat or blanket. Next, measure two fists’ distance in between your knees to determine your width. Then, while keeping your spine stacked, lift your hips off of your heels so that you're only 1-2 inches above. Tuck your pelvis and squeeze your seat to the beat of the music. For a challenge, take your tucks side to side and try a few circles while you're at it.
