Side Bae Combo
This is a barre fav! Begin in your side bae position with your head resting either in the palm of your hand or on your upper arm. Align your legs at a right angle so that your knees are right in front of your hips and your shins are parallel to the front edge of your mat. Place your free hand right in front of your waist and lift your lower legs off the ground. Keep your feet together as you open your knees wide. Next, extend your top let up to straight. Then, reconnect your toes and close your knees to return to your starting position. Repeat this combo for one (1) minute or longer. For more of a challenge, slow the move down and focus on extending your leg as straight as possible.
