Rock n’ Roll
Begin on your back with your legs in a tabletop position. Catch on behind your thighs and peel your shoulder blades off your mat. Inhale and as you exhale, rock n roll yourself forward and backward with control. Repeat several times and pause at the top. For a challenge, practice your straddle.
