Puff n’ pass. Sit n’ circle.
Begin in a seated position, taking both legs over to one side so that your front leg is aligned with your knee in front of your hip and your knee and ankle in alignment. Your front leg should look like a right angle. Your back leg should also be at a right angle, with your knee aligned at the side of your hip and your knee and ankle in alignment. Begin by stacking your spine and using an inhale to grow taller in your upper body. As you exhale, slowly move your upper body in a circle while stabilizing your lower body and opening up your hips. Start with small circles, and eventually make your circles larger. Challenge yourself by moving slowly. In doing our best to achieve balance, take your time as you switch the direction of your circle. Also, be sure to take the legs in the opposite direction and repeat both directions of your circle on your second side.
