Breathwork Bri



Bri (she/her) is a certified Co-Active Well-Being and Mindset Coach and meditation and breathwork practitioner. Her intention is to make meditation and breathwork accessible to as many folx as possible, so Bri’s committed to creating healing, mindful spaces for all identities using a trauma-informed approach.

Breathwork Bri will be featured in a virtual breathwork series and at our Flower + Fitness in-studio events.
