The Step-Through



Begin in your downward facing dog pose. From here, inhale to lift your leg straight up. Exhale to draw the leg through and step your foot down into your crescent lunge. Align your front knee directly over your ankle as to not go past your toes. Inhale as you lift your arms up over head. Exhale as your drop your shoulders and open your chest. Option to set the back knee down directly under your hip. Reset into your downdog and run it back on your opposite side for balance.
