Tricep Presses
Tricep presses are performed on a stationary bike and typically on the downbeat of a song. You can do this move in or out of the saddle. To begin, make sure your wrists, elbows, and shoulders are aligned. Using your abdominal muscles, squeeze your abs as you drop your elbows straight down towards your handlebars. This move not only engages your tricep muscles but will fire up your lower abdominal muscles with each press. For more fun and to add oblique activation, try a tricep press on one side than the other.
