Real Talk: Why are you still doing that?
So real talk: what’s something you wish you didn’t do that you’re still doing? Eating more than you should? Drinking more than you should? Stressing more than you should? Sitting more than you should? Going back to the same person more than you should? Chances are it’s because doing anything else would just be too hard. For real, it’s that simple. It’s just too hard to eat less, drink less, stress less, leave the damn person. Time to get to the bottom of why are you still doing that? Play a game with someone you trust.
