Stephanie
Stephanie developed her love for barre, Pilates, and body mechanics in the amazing city of Los Angeles, CA where she found these low-impact workouts to be a welcome respite from work and her graduate studies. She found that barre not only improved her movement technique, but also her quality of life.
This is what she strives to impart unto others--and doing so with firm, yet empathetic guidance. She believes barre combined with the magic of Pilates elements is an extremely time-efficient way to strengthen supporting muscles which will not only decrease the likelihood of injuries but will greatly enhance other workouts and functional everyday activities. Most importantly, learning how to become a master of your body is what makes it so much FUN!
