Erik
Erik’s fitness journey began at an early age with a love for basketball. As an adult, he rediscovered his passion for fitness when he took a front desk position at SoulCycle. Although initially reluctant to the idea of group fitness, Erik connected to the joy of uplifting and inspiring his community. He began to notice how fitness not only changed his body, but changed his mood, energy, and overall mental health. As an instructor, Erik spreads positivity, realness, and motivation to his students in an effort to challenge them to be the best versions of themselves. Erik believes that an essential part of life is movement and happiness.
